(BOY WOULD YOU BE WRONG!) [[http://money.cnn.com/quote/quote.html?symb=PMI|PMI]] is a mortgage company, that really looks like it took a beating, but I think will stick around and grow back to a respectible value. The price I discovered this at was $13.08 2007/12/04. The P/E is very low, and they're down many time what they were earlier this year. I think if you bought and held this for a couple years you would easily top 20% interest.
